This month has seen the team here at Effini grow, as our new Digital Communications Specialist, Jon Date, has started their work with us here at the Bayes Centre. With a background in journalism and public relations, Jon’s work will allow us to better showcase the work we do at Effini.

The week started with a full day working with The Datalab in relation to their leadership training sessions. It was through these I first really got to know a number of folk there, when I got involved as an expert advisor on their panels a number of years ago.

It’s been a busy few weeks, with another wee holiday slotted in, I’m making up for lost time over the last 18 months!
Where was I four years ago?
Various social media tools are doing their hardest to remind me of life before Covid, highlighting photos of what I was doing, reminding me of where I was and who I was with. LinkedIn is just one of those. Today this popped up and I knew exactly where I was 4 years ago, and it made me smile.
